Typical employee documents are employment contracts, health and safety certificates, right to work documents, and personal identification such as scans of passports or residency cards.

In RotaCloud, managers can upload employee documents directly to an individual profile, making them easy to access when needed, and ensuring that everything’s stored securely.

Expiration dates can also be set for documents such as food hygiene or first aid training certificates, alerting both staff and their managers when they’re coming up for renewal, and helping with compliance.
